The Sly Little Spider Squirrel

Now, if I time this just right…
I’ll have an entire box of sunflower seeds all to myself…
Those smaller birds are more feisty than those fat ugly ones. They must be stopped at all cost!
Spider Squirrel, Spider Squirrel,
Does what Bullwinkle can’t
Climbs a tree, any size,
Crushes leaves just like flies
Look Out!
Here comes the Spider Squirrel.
Can he jump?
Listen bud,
He can leap from a stump.
Can he swing from a branch
Take a look in a tree
Hey, there
There goes the Spider Squirrel.
In the breeze of day
At a lovely birdhouse
With an empty stomach
He arrives at lunch time.
Spider Squirrel, Spider Squirrel
Sneaky neighbourhood Spider Squirrel
By the birds
He’s ignored
Bird seed is his reward.
To him, life is a great big hang up
Wherever there’s some bird seed
You’ll find the Spider Squirrel.

I really like your rendition of spider squirrel. Well done Darren!
Your pictures are great too.

Hahaha…fantastic remix of spider squirrel! That squirrel is for sure mocking you (and every other human) Darren with its super climbing ability. I especially like the second photo with the squirrel giving off that look of confidence and watchfulness. Great shot!
Oh, and I love the intense look of the squirrel while climbing straight up that tree. It really shows off the squirrel’s superior climbing power.
“Can he jump?
Listen bud,
He can leap from a stump.”
Great, now that’s gonna be stuck in my head for the rest of the day!
