Patterns in the Grass

Recorded on July 1st, 2008

Part 1 of 2

This is a photo of my back lawn after mowing today. It took me 1½ to 2 hours to mow the back yard with my push mower. :? I think I will wait until tomorrow before tackling the front lawn and I’ll probably do a 45° angle when I do that up.

Red Foggy Glow of People and Rocks

The fireworks never did happen. There was way too much fog throughout the harbour and visibility was impotent.

Location: Saint John harbour, NB.

Walking on sinking mud.

Trying to walk on this muddy spot is like walking on quick sand; you’re fine until you try to move your feet.

Downright MUDDY!!!

These are some very amusing sights that I was glad to have captured on the day.
Many people took off their footwear to walk knee deep through the very messy mud shore.

Waves bringing in the tide

As the tide was coming in, the beach was coated with delicious chocolate waves.
It was also fun to let the waves engulf my hiking boots with the brown water. BTW, my hiking boots are water proof.
