about me

I am a 27-year old male from Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada. Living in Maritime Canada all my life, I have grown to appreciate the naturally occurring beauty that its landscapes and wildlife have to offer. However, it is but only one part of this amazing country, which I am privileged to call home.

When I am not working my real-world job, I enjoy keeping myself busy doing what I am most passionate about. One of my main passions in life is digital photography. I take great pleasure and pride in my ability to capture parts of life's essence within still images, which I then get to share with family and friends. My favourite things to photograph are wildlife, nature, and food, but I am always looking for new fields to explore.

Quite a while back, I set-up this website to express my love and passion for photography. The purpose of my website is very much the same today as it was when I first created it. The photographs exhibited throughout my website are some of my personal favourites and most meaningful.

My ambition is to present photographs that are not only beautiful and appealing to the eye, but photographs that might also stimulate, motivate, and/or inspire the intellect and emotion of my audience. I sincerely hope you enjoy your visit.

*Darren* - I shot this at 300mm, so I would’ve been as far away as possible, trying not to scare it away. I did give it that peanut though
